We had a busy month trying to give you an early Christmas gift. Winio has a brand new interface based on your kindly suggestions, but we know there's still a lot to be done.
Many of the most requested features are either implemented or in the way, meanwhile, your feedback is welcome and we hope you enjoy Winio 2.0.
The features you asked
You select a file from your desktop, drag to your team workspace, and...bonk...nothing happens. Hey, what gives? We are proud to announce that you can drag and drop every file to your discussions panel, to tasks comments section or files page itself. Context means a lot to us.
Mention people in a comment is now a thing. When you're working on a task and find yourself stuck you now can @mention someone to help you.
Every task is different, and we know that. Now you can assign a priority to every task to keep your projects moving forward. Easier said than done.
When working on big projects with a lot of moving parts, things can be cluttered with lots of files. Keep your sanity, select multiple files and delete them. It's therapeutic, believe me.
An icon? There's a tooltip for that.
Because we believe in freedom, now you can leave a project whenever you want.
Things that were good, but now are even better
Should you forget what app you’re using, Winio have a brand new interface and loads much faster than before.
For some users when sorting the tasks for the desired position they didn't actually sort, which was a surprise, but a surprise of the lesser kind - everything is working fine now.
Now you can find the due date for each task on the same line as the task. We know, it makes much more sense now 🤔
Projects can evolve a lot in a blink of an eye. That's why we improve our in-app notification system to keep notifications more meaningful and actionable.
